Description
Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) as a Training Program Analyst at Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC), in Pensacola, FL. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities may include a range of these tasks:
- Design, review, develop, revise and implement programs and projects related to learning center rate training at a variety of proficiency levels
- Analyze data, create reports, and develop strategies to improve Training Program performance
- Assist in defining program objectives and requirements
- Direct and coordinate all project efforts
- Interface with senior government technical and administrative personnel as well as other contract personnel
- Identify data requirements
- Develop integrated conclusions and insights
- Implement actions in support of defined agenda and project objectives
- Provide project, financial and technical progress reports
- Prepare Program Management Reviews and Milestone decision templates
- Design and implement program planning timelines
- Track program execution, financial execution, and expenditures
- Plan, develop, and review objectives, content, methods, resources, and procedures of evaluation
- Develop testing instruments to measure cognitive, psychomotor, and performance accomplishments, as well as formative and summative evaluations
- Conduct analytical studies for the design, development and adaptation of education / Training Programs
- Formative and summative evaluations
- Manage and evaluate data to improve training delivery operations
- Analyze course content to integrate the latest advances in a designated subject
- Complete needs assessments, task analyses, and gap analyses to determine learning objectives
- Coordinate the types and capabilities of instructional methods, materials, and media used in Training Programs
- Design and implement the development of instructional material to support the Training Program
- Plan and coordinate the development of curricula for training courses
- Analyze effectiveness of new and existing training, training plans, and programs
- Coordinate training schedules, costs, instructors, and required materials with organizations and outside contractors
- Provide training
The Training Program Analyst will be required to administer, design, develop, and provide advice on educational /training services in formal education / Training Programs. They will also provide Instructional Systems Development (ISD) model practices in developing new and/or revised instructional materials. This work includes the development of lesson plans, on the job training handbooks, and student materials.
Requirements
The Training Program Analyst shall have the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Training Programs related to instructional development and delivery, maintenance, and providing technical assistance and advice to Training Management, OR
- 5 years experience in managing an educational design and development project, with two or more years professional experience working on a contract for the Navy, or another Department of Defense (DoD) agency, OR
- 5 years specific experience or related experience in training systems, force designs, or educational programs management, OR
- 5 Years Experience, or related experience, performing all aspects of training system analysis and design, leading a multi-disciplinary training design implementation team
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

Salary Description
$70,000 - $90,000
