HIRING SALARY: $4,875 total stipend. Pay rate of $25 per hour. Breakdown: $875 for 35 hours of lesson planning prior to summer camp | $3,800 at the conclusion of four-week summer camp (June 3 - June 28, 2024) | $200 for one-day (8 hours) instructional training (May 2024).

Immersive Media - virtual reality; augmented reality; solve design challenges Digital Product Innovation - 2D and 3D design; 3D printing Smart Solutions - coding and electronic sensors; solve social challenges Artificial Intelligence + Robotics - program autonomous vehicles (drones)

- Nurture student opportunities for leadership in technology and STEM.
- Complete One-Day Instructional Curriculum Training in May 2024 (8 hours).
- Provide instruction to students throughout the 4-week summer camp (June 3 - June 28, 2024).
- Complete tasks within the VIL Canvas shell.
- Perform Chaperone Duties at 4 Off-Site Field Trips during summer camp.

- Design Thinking principals must be infused in all 4 subject areas.
MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- Middle school teaching experience (2 years or more).
- Awareness and experience in the use of digital media for the integration of technology into the classroom.
- Ability to address access and equity issues with a variety of individuals and groups.

- Applicants must take initiative to learn new technology (3D printing, new applications, etc).
