Successful candidates will be hired as "fast-track" trainer candidates with the expectation of being promoted to a Primary Trainer role within 60 days.
What we offer:

- Starting pay (your first 2-4 weeks) is $700-$790 per week based on 36-40 hours per week ($18/hour) + $45/week average in tips. Once you have mastered our system from one of our trainers and have completed our online training, you will move into a secondary training role and then into a primary training role.
- Secondary trainers - $18.75 per hour+ $2.00 per hour bonus while training 3-6 week employees.
- Primary trainers - $19.50 per hour + $3.00 per hour bonus while training new employees during their first 2 weeks.
- Drive and prep time (20-25% of your time) is paid at $18.00/hour.
- Pay on Demand - Access to wages available as soon as 1 day after you work.
- No nights! No weekends! Start at 7:45AM daily. Off 4:15-5:15PM typically, but could be later on peak days.
- More paid days off than you've ever had! Paid holidays (at 6 mo's), immediate vacation accrual, sick days, and your birthday off with pay! One-year employees get 17 paid days per year and five-year employees get 25 paid days per year.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and teach new hires The Cleaning Authority's training process.
- Insure trainees exit training with the full confidence, knowledge, and mindset to perform their job without supervision.
- Inspect each room after the Trainee has finished cleaning. If cleaning is incorrect, explain the problem, make sure they understand the "why," and correct by example.
- Work closely with our New Hire Support Manager to ensure the long-term success of our new employees.
