#23771 Trade & Product Marketing Manager
The primary function of this role is to effectively implement Trade Marketing duties and marketing operations during the product launch phase. We expect you to translate market and product strategies formed by the Brand and Product Marketing teams into actionable marketing plans across all offline & online sales channels and adult nicotine consumers in the United States. - Establish product positioning, identify brand target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Based on the rhythm of product updates and listings, take charge of crafting integrated marketing plans for new product launches, which encompass launch event planning, promotion across online and offline channels, and thorough execution.
- Channel promotion, responsible for discussing marketing promotion projects (both online and offline) with leading U.S. distributors and ensuring efficient and goal-oriented implementation.
- Lock in specified long-term marketing resources, and conduct regular in-person visits to deepen relationships with specified key accounts and clients.
- Work with various stakeholders to bridge the gap between product and marketing, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Organize major trade shows or media events if needed. Participation in vaping industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates
Marketing Planning & Operation
- Understand the needs of channel customers and consumers. In conjunction with brand promotion and medium to long-term business objectives, establish the direction and implementation plan for brand channel promotion in North America.
- Collaborate with Key Account channel customers, and develop joint marketing plans and execution.
- Track and manage client collaboration projects, including but not limited to business negotiations, client visits, and other related tasks.
- Work closely with the GTM director to develop and deliver a U.S. Product Marketing calendar.
- Manage marketing spend and measure performance, and ROI of each marketing campaign.
- Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials - coordinating and socializing with content, creative, branding, and broader organization.
Requirements:
- Having a strong interest and passion for the vaping culture and market is essential to us. If you have previously worked in the e-cigarette, e-liquid, or vaporizer equipment industry, it's a big plus.
- Previous experience in a marketing-focused role and 5+ years Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Amendable to 30% travel requirement to trade shows, events, and key account locations.
- You are a dot connector: You are good at problem-solving; possess initiative and drive to solve problems with limited direction and raise analyses beyond reporting.
- You are a strong communicator. You are a people person and collaborate well with others.
- If you have PR relevant working experience is a big plus.
- If you are proficient in both English and Mandarin, it's a big plus.
