Summary
This dynamic role blends sales enablement and Product Marketing expertise to equip our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to win. You'll be our champion for understanding the voice of the customer and market trends, translating those insights into actionable strategies, and crafting the narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market assessment competitive analysis, gather voice of the customer (VOC) feedback, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support sales efforts and create effective Product Marketing materials and training resources.
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
- Manage and maintain the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
- Craft compelling, value-driven messaging that can be leveraged by cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
- Support Marketing ABM efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, Product Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with conducting research and presenting thoughtful analysis with clear recommendations and ability to develop marketing strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Team oriented with strong intrapersonal skills.
- Self-starter, motivated by helping others succeed.
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent training preferred
Work Experience
- Three years or more relevant work experience preferred.
