SalaryThe laboratory assistant is responsible to help with the daily flow of the Toxicology Laboratory. The assistant will help to accession, screen, and prepare urine samples for drug screening. The lab assistant will be responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly maintenance of the screening instruments as well as loading patient samples for analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working under potentially hazardous conditions. (i.e. pathogens/chemicals) & will be trained to maintain safety conditions within the laboratory. The overall goal for adding this position to the lab is to optimize procedures while maintaining production of reliable analytical results.
Candidates with no toxicology/ drug screening experience will not be considered.
Experience with Thermo INDIKO a plus!!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
