What we're looking for: A receptionist who can manage a full workload, handles multiple projects at once and prioritizing work load effectively, answering telephones and greeting customers when necessary and computer skills. The job requires a lot of multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Take messages and transfer calls.
- Provide customer service to patients, families, and other visitors.
- Organize patient information.
- Create and maintain patient files.
- Know the hospital's visiting hours and laws regarding minors, the elderly, and other groups.
- Be familiar with Dental Labs rules and policies.
- Be able to track and give information about Dental Lab cases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
