Job Description
As a Tool and Die Maker (also known as a Machinist, Die Maker), you'll work from blueprints, sketches, sample parts or verbal instructions. You'll use precision measuring instruments and machinist’s hand tools to construct and develop various types of dies, templates and patterns. You'll also assist engineering in experimental and development work and make necessary repairs to various machines and equipment.
