Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Title Specialist to join a dynamic organization based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Development project portfolio by ensuring the smooth processing of land management tasks. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a background in real estate and a knack for managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of landowner payments, adhering to verification processes.
- Assist in data entry and maintain data integrity in land management software to ensure compliance.
- Process executed site control documents, option notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavits.
- Handle the processing of mineral agreements and manage internal and external curative workbooks.
- Facilitate the assignment of site control tasks to the development team in project management software.
- Coordinate and confirm all forms and draft real estate agreements have necessary project approvals prior to execution by landowners.
- Manage outside contractors involved in preparing and recording real estate documents.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure strong and positive landowner relationships throughout project lifetimes.
- Maintain land real estate documents and folders within the internal file server.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of real estate experience, preferably some in renewable energy.
- Texas Notary Public certification is preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM software and project management software).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand legal documents and real estate contracts.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong familiarity with relevant technology and tools such as GIS and land management database systems.
