Responsibilities –Title Specialist  

• Titling and registering of new, preowned, and out of state vehicles, including research and schedule reconciliation of accounts.
• Produce daily management reports 
• Work closely with departments managers for accurate data collection 
• Verify all accounting informationis posted to proper general ledger accounts in accordance with company accounting policies 
• Reconcile and maintainaccurateschedules 
• Correspond with department managers and respond to inquiries 
• Assisting with month-end close, including reconciling accounts 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements - Title Specialist: 

• Automotive Title Specialist and dealership experience is required. 
• Proficient in all areas of auto titling and registering of new, preowned and out of state vehicles, including research and schedule reconciliation of accounts.
• Must be very organized and work well in a team environment, especially with specialists in other areas of expertise 
• Regular attendance required 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to multitask and work well in an office environment

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
