This position requires a commitment to supporting Tiny Findings’ mission of providing high-quality care and education to all children. As part of the teaching team all teachers are responsible for collaboration and best practice within the classroom as related to teaching standards and fostering development across all domains. All teachers are responsible for adherence to Center and OSSE licensing policies.
In addition to:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work cooperatively in team settings
- Ability to perform work duties while sitting and standing for a lengthy period of time to meet the children’s needs
- Perform other duties, as requested, to achieve TF’s goals
Qualifications:
- Must have your CDA in Infant/Toddlers (only) at a minimum for the Teachers Assistant/Substitute Position. Plus at least 2 years experience.
- Must have your Associates Degree in Early Childhood, Human Development, or Education for the Lead Teachers Position. Plus at least 2 years experience.

Pay: $17.77 - $24.00 per hour
