Job Description: Elementary Teacher
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for lesson planning, implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and fosters a love for learning.
- Employ various teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Utilize technology and innovative resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Establish clear and consistent communication channels with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child's academic and social development.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Prior experience working as Elementary Teacher or in a similar teaching capacity is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Well-organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and classroom resources effectively.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Salary: $19 to $21 commensurate on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
