Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Early Childhood education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom
- Manage and supervise children during activities and playtime
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child's learning and development
- Incorporate special education strategies to support children with diverse needs
- Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading, and language activities
- Introduce basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Experience in childcare or working with young children in a classroom setting
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Familiarity with special education techniques to support children with disabilities or special needs
- Proficiency in promoting literacy skills through interactive activities and resources
- Understanding of preschool curriculum frameworks and guidelines
- Ability to create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
