Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility building circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electronic assemblies. The facility currently employs over 1000 personnel driven by technical innovation, speed, and agility to supports multiple product lines.
Responsibilities of a Test Engineer Associate include procedure development, coordinate system resources to support testing, test development and integration, and test anomaly identification and resolution as required to ensuring operations run smoothly. A successful Test Engineer will learn everything about the unit under test and the test equipment in order to solve any problems.
This role requires knowledge of electronic circuits, software development, operation and usage of standard test equipment, the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement-based methodologies, and utilize statistical data analysis. Support off-hours testing on rare occasions and associated projects as needed.
This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Seeking recent or Fall 2023 graduate to begin January 2024.
Basic Qualifications
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Previous experience working in an electronics lab environment, working with electronic test equipment (examples: Oscilloscope, DMM, DSA, Analog, and Digital data collection or equivalent).
• Foundational experience with programming in C+ or other languages.
• Familiar with reading schematics.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design and analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits and conduct detailed failure analysis.
• Conduct and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with developing software using National Instruments (TestStand, LabVIEW or CVI).
• Ability to interpret test reports.
• Experience with various serial communications protocols, Ethernet communications, Thermostream and Thermatron, and other Environmental Stress Screening equipment.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical details via written or verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $55,300 - $106,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
