Job Summary
Kairos Power is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support recruitment efforts. The Temporary Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces -- including driving a business plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing
- Establish recruitment strategies and procedures to target top talent through various sourcing channels
- Attend team meetings, strategize on new sourcing strategies, participate in job fairs, conferences, and networking events
- Identify potential candidates through multiple sources (job boards, employee referrals, leads, networking, online tools)
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
- Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience including all communication, facilitating scheduling, providing on-site
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers and internal & external business partners
- In conjunction with the HR Manager, conducts supervisor training on recruitment process and interviewing practices. Coaches supervisors on hiring procedures throughout the process.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management or business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience recruiting for a variety of engineering disciplines, hardware preferred
- Experience recruiting within the clean energy/hard tech space preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines
- Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, and hiring managers
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, negotiations and analytical skills
- Flexible, innovative, detail-oriented and well organized
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Strong verbal communication skills

The hourly range for this position is $49 to $58 for employees working onsite at our Alameda, CA headquarters. The range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired in California. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, the market data for your work location, and a comparison to other employees already in the role.
