THE ROLE:
In this role, you will manage full cycle recruiting for multiple business groups at 24 Hour Home Care, ensuring the attraction, sourcing, and recruitment of top-tier talent. You will have the exciting opportunity to refine your recruiting skills, collaborate within a team known for its robust processes, and contribute to enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that drive organizational success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Own and implement the full-cycle recruitment process for 6+ temporary and entry level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand required skills, company culture, position profile, and other key success factors
- Engage passive talent and position 24 Hour Home Care as an 'employer of choice'
- Help develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for high turnover roles
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, etc
- Provide operational support to internal Talent Acquisition and recruiting teams
- Act as advocate for both business teams and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high touch experience
This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required quarterly. This is a 5-6 month assignment with a potential temp-to-hire situation.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23 - $24/hour.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 1+ years of full cycle recruiting or HR experience
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of multifaceted business units
Understanding how to manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through an Applicant Tracking tool (iCIMS preferred)
