- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Ensure night support phone coverage is working
- Update job ticket software with incoming issues
- Open, and code incoming mail
- Receive the deliveries
- Data entry in Quickbooks
- Date entry in Excel spreadsheets
- Order supplies
- Perform other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
