Title: Temporary – HR Administrative Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides general clerical and administrative support to the Office of Human Resources, including data entry, recordkeeping and document management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with managing job postings in PageUp, the College’s applicant tracking system (ATS). Sends, receives and manages new employee documents via DocuSign. Initiates internal communications related to the employee recruiting process. May assist with personnel files, including creating and closing files as needed. Assists with tracking and processing personnel action forms (PAFs). May assist with entering and updating employee records in Banner. Files, copies and performs other clerical duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Two years’ clerical, administrative support or general office experience
Experience with MS Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree
Prior experience managing and maintaining records
Experience with Banner, DocuSign, Dynamic Forms or other electronic database and document management systems
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledgeable of standard office procedures and filing systems. Detail oriented. Ability to problem-solve and analyze information. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Work Hours: Up to 28 hours per week
