B&B Properties, based out of Oak Ridge, is a Family owned & operated company. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working experienced professional able to undertake a variety of duties while working diligently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
· Assist tenants and vendors in ways that optimize procedures.
· Perform receptionist duties as needed.
· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
· Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
· Respond to and resolve property related questions or issues.
· Perform routine property inspections.
· Coordinate and assist with the workflow of maintenance staff and visitors.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills
· Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong computer skills w/ proficiency in MS Office.
· Must have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and workload.
· Must have the ability to lift in excess of 15 pounds without difficulty.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Some college preferred.
· Experience in Property Management helpful, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
