Administrative Assistant

Primary Responsibilities:
Pinaire Roofing, LLC is seeking an organized and dependable administrative assistant to perform a variety of general office duties including, but not limited to:

Answering phones, transferring calls and greeting visitors to the office
Scheduling and assisting with travel arrangements
Assisting Office Manager with expense data
Data Entry

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
General knowledge of office practices and procedures
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work under minimal direct supervision
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to pass a drug and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
