Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Job Duties: The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide supportive services and activities related to the business office functions. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally.
May include but not limited to:
- Answers telephone and directs calls to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
- Greets and directs all visitors to appropriate areas or persons.
- Handles deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation of client trust account.
- Vouchers for payable accounts in a timely manner.
- Records and distributes payments for payable accounts when received.
- Disburses petty cash when appropriate.
- Reconciles petty cash account and vouchers for funds when needed.
- Maintains and reconciles accurate client census log(s)
- Orders, Receives, tracks, and organizes office supplies.
Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Some Payroll experience preferred.
About the Campus: Crestwood's program in Vallejo is based on a commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them well on the road to recovery. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.
