Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of teleSales Operators to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor telesales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to improve results.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members and the team as a whole.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Motivate and inspire the telesales team to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on telesales performance and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
