Qualifications
- Mastery in administering Sales technologies, including expertise with Outreach, Lean Data, Gong, and other tech stack add-ons.
- Work seamlessly with Salesforce Admin Team and IT to articulate requirements for building robust reporting and compelling dashboards.
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excel in building strong relationships and providing top-notch customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Showcase a proven track record of driving change in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to make substantial individual, strategic, and tactical judgments, providing insightful recommendations.
- Must be adept at working with associates across multiple roles and at all levels, including senior management.
- Hold an associate degree in a relevant field.
- Bring three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in marketing ops, sales ops, or similar roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B Software Environment.
- Be proficient in CRM Software.
- Have hands-on experience orchestrating the technology and reporting aspects of a go-to-market strategy.
- Source, interview, and onboard exceptional talent to fuel our team's success.
- Orchestrate the daily rhythm of the department with seamless efficiency.
- Deliver insightful and timely performance evaluations to cultivate growth.
- Navigate the disciplinary and termination processes with adherence to company policies, ensuring a fair and supportive environment.
In Your Day To Day, You Will:
- Drive innovation by optimizing Daxko's core GTM technology stack, integrating AI and LLMs for enhanced business development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new tools, boosting BDR and Sales productivity.
- Spearheaded user acceptance testing and drive change management for seamless system updates.
- Enhance pipeline creation and sales development funnel by identifying and improving key conversion points.
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate within the sales engagement platform for continuous improvement.
- Streamline handoffs between marketing, business development, and sales teams throughout the sales process.
- Utilize data analysis to model best practices for BDRs, offering data-driven recommendations for sales regions.
- Standardize and maintain strategic dashboarding, reporting, and internal business review processes for high accuracy.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and training materials for efficient team onboarding.
- Refine customer segmentation, support territory management, and contribute to the renewal/upsell program.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to refine lead qualification processes and analyze campaign performances.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking and providing insights on key operational metrics, offering business recommendations.
- Identify, prioritize, and iterate on team procedures for a more productive commercial team experience across departments.
