The Marketing Operations Manager at Daxko wields the power of technology, systems, and data analysis to revolutionize marketing strategy and streamline operational functions. With a keen eye on company objectives and sales targets, this role drives innovation and efficiency within the marketing organization.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing Marketing Operations through seamless integration of sales systems, workflows, and automations, driving efficient strategies including ABM, lead generation, and customer upselling/cross-selling.
• Proficient in marketing automation, particularly with expertise in HubSpot.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization, encompassing descriptive statistics with a desired proficiency in predictive analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Possessing adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with proven supervisory and leadership acumen.
• Capable of task prioritization and delegation, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Support marketing initiatives and processes that drive demand generation, sales enablement, and maximum pipeline effectiveness
• Critically assess marketing initiatives for opportunities to automate, clarify, and align with existing operational guidelines
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, tech ops, development teams and other internal operational teams to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness
• Establish and manage framework for measurement, analytics, and reporting of departmental KPIs and arm team with data analysis, dashboards, reports, and other vehicles for visibility into marketing performance to guide decision making
• Follow Agile principles of project initiation, planning, design, execution, verification, maintenance, and performance/monitoring
• Manage all technology selection, administration, optimization, and training for the team, including Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Vidyard, Monday.com etc.
• Establish and manage departmental expenditure and budget tracking framework
