Telemarketer

· Ability to generate a minimum number pf calls per day to potential casino customers.

· Deliver scripted sales pitches to customers.

· Emphasis in getting potential clients to sign up for our player club cards, other perks, or offers through direct mail, telemarketing referrals, guest visits, or face to face interaction.

· Ability to evaluate customer’s comps, offers, perks and determine complimentary products and services.

· Document and fill out all necessary transactions, forms, and logs.

· Effectively resolve customer’s complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Ensure confidentiality of all casino and guest information.

· Responsible for maintaining current database on each customers to increase trip frequency and guest loyalty.

· Ensure customer retention through telemarketing with written correspondence, direct contact, and follow up calls.

· Assists with new member sign up, increase play, and assist guest with needs or special request.

· Strong interpersonal skills to develop premium/rated players to ensure they receive personal attention and exceptional service within the proper guidelines.

· Exhibit exceptionally courteous behavior with internal and external guests at all times.

· Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.

· Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.

· Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.

· Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

· Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
