Job Description
We are seeking Telemarketer Customer Service | Transfer Agents to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Heavy outbound calls to deliver scripted conversations with consumers regarding their deficient account(s). Describe the nature and details of the account to the consumer (i.e. open date, delinquent date, balance owed, etc.).
Verify and update consumers' information (i.e. name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) ensuring that the company's database is as accurate as possible.
Keep track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
Transfer calls to your assigned senior team collector for further negotiation of their deficient account.
Set-up reminder alerts in the company's database for your senior team collector to follow-up on "HOT" accounts.
Skip trace to find the most recent contact information for consumers' and update the company's database to reflect such information.
Communicate courteously with internal employees (face-to-face) as well as with external consumers (via phone) in an effort to build positive relationships, investigating, responding to and progressing issue and inquiries to successful conclusions in a timely manner.
To work as a team to achieve the departmental goal | target standards.
Other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent or high education
- Must have 3 - 4 years previous telemarketing and Customer Service experience, or other related fields
- Ability to work in an energetic, face-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written, organizational, negotiation and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
