Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Use persuasive techniques to negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively engage customers over the phone and build rapport
- Comfortable with outbound calling and making a high volume of calls per day
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Please note that this is not a remote position. The telemarketer will be required to work from our office location.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
