Telemarketer - State Farm Insurance

Metro Chicago, Illnois - State Farm Insurance Agency for an an (inside office) position which involves marketing, telemarketing, sales, customer service/support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with marketing all types of new insurance and financial services products
• Create pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
• Maintain all records in our computer database
• Achieve customer acquisition growth objectives
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
