Technology Support

Eakes Office Solutions, a Sharp, RICOH, & HP Authorized Service dealer with offices across Nebraska, is seeking a full-time Software Consultant. This is a great position for a person with a software background, networking skills, and also excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently service and repair copiers and printers at customer’s site
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by listening and communicating with customers
• Maintain proper response time
• Prepare and complete accurate work orders after every service call

MARKETING:

Perform customer training on drivers and other software related to digital copiers in an effort to increase volume based revenues.

Actively obtain and submit leads for new machine sales.

• Assist with installations and training for assigned locations.
• Coordinate sales of PaperCut, Goldfax, eGoldfax, docMgt and Work Path software.

SALES SUPPORT:

• Lead support person for sales and training of PaperCut, GoldFax, eGoldFax, Sharp MFP, Ricoh MFP, and HP printer products.
• Obtain scope of work for clients to assist in copier installs.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

Immediately report any customer concerns to the Service Managers.

Properly service customer needs and requests.

DOCUMENTATION:

Provide activity reports to Technology Services Manager.

Prepare and accurately complete Maintenance Agreement forms, Support Agreement forms, and other paperwork that may be assigned.

WORK AREA/VEHICLE:

Maintain work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.

Maintain proper support materials.

Keep vehicle neat and clean.

• Industry experience desired but will train
• Software/Networking skills desirable
• Mechanical skills helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
