Primarily responsible for Administrative duties of the Business Office. This position is part-time with 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule.
San Marcos Academy is a Christian private school servicing students in PreK-12th grade.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Technology Office
- Responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and directing staff, faculty, students, and visitors to the campus
- Organize and maintain contracts, user accounts and subscriptions.
- Provide technical support for minor issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.

- Quick learner with the ability to work independently or as a core team member
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, public relations, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and with a high level of ethical integrity
- Ability to confidently navigate Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to connect various devices to wireless
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) required
- Flexibility to work on some two to three weekends during the school year
- Be able to add, remove or configure printers in the Windows environment
Compensation: Determined by experience; Starting pay $16.00/hour
