Arthur Financial Services, LLC is a growing, professional valuation and consulting firm with headquarters in Round Rock, TX. We have an opening for a full time Office Administrative Assistant.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare correspondence- edit and proofread memos, emails, presentations and reports.
- Screen calls, manage calendars and coordinate conference calls, meetings and events.
- Arrange travel plans and prepare expense reimbursements.
- Data entry.
- Maintain expense reports.
- Register employees for training and update training plans.
- Organize and maintain the office.
- Inventory and purchase of office supplies and printed material.
- Mailing and Shipping.
- Scan, copy and file documents.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write business correspondence.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- High School Diploma.
- Professional in appearance and character.
- Ability to pass drug screen/background check.
- Smoke Free Drug Free Workplace.
- Location: Round Rock, TX.
- Compensation: $18.30 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- This is full-time position (40 hours per week, but negotiable).
