- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to gather information and insights on robotic systems and their service requirements
- Develop and maintain service manuals, technical bulletins, and other documentation for our robotic products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Create troubleshooting guides and diagnostic procedures to assist service technicians in identifying and resolving issues with robotic systems efficiently
- Produce instructional materials and training modules for service technicians, covering topics such as installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Work closely with subject matter experts to validate technical content and incorporate feedback into documentation revisions
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to robotics and technical writing
- Participate in product testing and validation activities to gain hands-on experience with robotic systems and identify opportunities for documentation improvements
- Continuously evaluate and enhance documentation processes, tools, and templates to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the robotics or automation industry
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components, and their service requirements
- Experience with structured authoring and documentation standards, such as DITA or XML, is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
- Prior experience in service or support roles for complex technical products is desirable

$60,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
