What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, API documentation, and release notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.
• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines for style, formatting, and branding.
• Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or information development, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in writing API documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• IT Operations Management (ITOM) Experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $75,500.00 - $174,500.00
