Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer at (PEI) Perry Ellis International, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer experience, and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing plans that align with the company's objectives. This position reports directly to the CEO & President, Oscar Feldenkreis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all Perry Ellis International brands to enhance the company's market position and achieve business goals.
- Must have knowledge of Profit and Loss statements including International experience
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation based in NY., Miami, and Portland.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Drive brand consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business required
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally as a CMO or Senior Vice President of Marketing with 5-10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that resulted in business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the changing demographics in the USA and Internationally.
