We are looking for a driven and motivated Technical Support Specialist who is customer-service oriented and able to follow detailed instructions. The Tech Support Specialist must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to learn quickly. A successful candidate will be customer-oriented and able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat.
- Use your knowledge of the company's hardware, software and policies to address customer issues.
- Resolve technical problems for customers.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services.
- Provide customers with instructions for operating software applications.
- Identify, track and prioritize customer service issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Operate a 40' Bucket truck and do on-site service work on signs

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
