We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. ```Responsibilities```
- Provide Technical Support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (Jira)
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses
```Qualifications```
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with software troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (LAN)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
