- Proven bartending experience at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Extensive knowledge in liquors, spirits and cocktails
- Basic wine knowledge
- Advanced upselling skills
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Proven restaurant serving experience at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Basic liquors, spirits and cocktail knowledge
- Basic wine knowledge
- Advanced upselling skills
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Proven restaurant experience as a server support role at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Basic food spiel knowledge
- Understanding of restaurant sequence of service
- Prior work experience as a expeditor at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Prior experience handling delivery apps and dispatching orders
- Basic food spiel knowledge
- Understanding of restaurant sequence of service
- Prior work experience as a host/hostess or maitre d'
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette and flow of service
- Experience in managing reservations (emails, phone calls, guest facing)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
