The right candidate for this position can Reasonably earn up to 100k in as little 10 months.
Technical Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific basement repair needs and concerns.
- Site Inspection: Perform on-site inspections to assess the scope of work required for waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, outlining recommended solutions, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and products in basement repair to effectively communicate and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
- Customer Education: Educate clients on the importance of basement repair, addressing their questions and concerns to build confidence and trust.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of choosing Toledo Basement Repair for their waterproofing and foundation needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong willingness to learn, knowledge of basement repair and waterproofing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 2 Year Technical degree preferred
- 3 years of Sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
