Eastport Holdings is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join one our leading digital advertising agencies specializing in delivering cutting-edge web solutions to our clients. The Technical Project Manager will operate with a global mindset, collaborating with offshore teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, specifically in PHP and WordPress, and has successfully managed projects from end-to-end execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Serve as primary point of contact for offshore teams to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external teams, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project requirements and expectations.
- Proactively identify, address, and correct any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough reviews and testing of development assets to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Test code and execute code reviews to ensure it functions properly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 year’s professional experience.
- Mastery of PHP, Drupal and Wordpress.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with a good understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Axios, Lodash, and Moment.js.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
