Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Technical Software Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Principal Technical Software Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our software product portfolio. You will lead and guide cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions while providing technical leadership and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Definition:

Define and prioritize the features, functionalities, and user stories for the software products.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and market needs.
Foresee future changes, lead the feature team to provide expandable and scalable solutions
Be futuristic and realistic, scope complex problems into multiple stage release plan

  • Project Management:

Lead the execution of product development, overseeing multiple projects.
Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Make team level decisions to balance business needs with project risks and resource availability

  • Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with design, engineering, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure successful product development.
Foster communication and alignment between various departments.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • User Experience (UX):

Advocate for the best user experience, working closely with the design team to ensure usability and aesthetics.

  • Business Intelligence:

Lead BI effort in your areas to better understand your customers.
Define and build metrics to monitor system health proactively post feature/product release.
Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, specifications, and project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience as a Technical Software Product Manager, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching software products.
  • Strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
