We are seeking an innovative Technical Program Manager (TPM) to contribute to the development of new technology products for the company. We are focused on integrating and launching new technologies from early concept to launch while iterating, prototyping, and realizing the human value and new experiences.
As a TPM for our company, you will lead multidisciplinary programs, establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders. We are looking for TPM managers who have a strong technical/engineering and analytical foundation and are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced and highly innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the cross functional teams enabling the definition and execution of programs and projects.
- Manage communications within and between internal cross functional and external partners.
- Develop milestone schedule, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
- Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
- Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.
- Conduct data analysis and help provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience 3+ years experience working as a TPM.
- Communication, planning skills, and attention-to-detail.
- Knowledge of program and issue tracking and version control.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects.
- Experience maintaining a positive view, be a source of team morale, composed and effective in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong Excel experience, as well as prior experience in PowerBI, Tableau or related data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating across time zones or distributed team management and project management certification (PMP)
- Flexibility within the role.
