Technical Marketing Specialist, Dental Lab Product Innovation

About the Role

Dandy is hiring a technical marketer with expertise in complex Lab Products (implants, full dentures and partial dentures) to help us market our lab offerings and bring new innovations to market.

What You’ll Do

• Own all marketing of our Dental Lab Products:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Dandy’s Lab Products and services, how they fit into the larger digital Dental Lab landscape, and why they are superior

  • Lead and own all marketing messaging, content and assets for our restorative and removable Lab Products, connecting Dandy’s capabilities to customer needs while simplifying the benefits to effectively communicate differentiation

  • Conduct research to develop deeper market understanding, uncover customer challenges and test new ideas

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify business opportunities and predict how the market will evolve

  • Create a feedback loop between what you’re hearing from the market and what we’re building for our customers

• New Product Innovation:

  • Identify the root causes of customer pain associated with restorative product offerings in the broader market and ideate new ways to solve them

  • Work collaboratively with our Research & Development team, driving the product development process to ultimately create new products that meet said customer needs (such as Dandy’s 2-Appointment Denture offering)

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our audience

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to bring these new products to market

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of subject-matter expertise in complex Lab Products (implants, full dentures and partial dentures)

• 2+ years of prior marketing experience, preferably with prior experience bringing new products to market

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at once, such as sales, product/engineering and R&D

• Ability to write and edit a variety of content, from blog posts and social media posts to contributed articles, case studies, and more

• Proven ability to take an abstract idea, design it out, build the plan and deliver the details

• Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in fast-moving startup environment

• Experience working with minimal supervision

Compensation Range: $170K - $187.5K
