As a Channel Marketing Technical QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts across various channels. Your expertise in marketing, technology, and attention to detail will contribute to our success. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA):

Review digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, notifications, onsite placements, landing pages) to ensure high-quality messages and user experiences.

Validate that communications meet pre-defined technical standards.

Verify that all messages render correctly for end users.

Language and Channel Oversight:

QA messages across languages (English and other languages) without focusing on translation accuracy.

Monitor overall communications experience delivered to business customers.

Triage customer feedback related to communications received.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with technology fundamentals, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet software.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google for Work, and Salesforce.com.

Ability to create and manage merchandising solutions both in-store and online.

Attention to Detail:

Verify that messages adhere to technical standards and render correctly.

Prioritize accuracy and consistency.

Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.

Handle customer feedback professionally.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
