Job Summary
• Seeking an expert cross-functional manager to focus on
defining, developing and launching systems and processes
• Core to this role is a keen understanding of subscription media
services, marketing campaigns, product development
lifecycles, and flexible, real-time collaboration platforms
• The ideal candidate will work in quick and rapid iterative cycles,
with creativity and humility to formulate new ideas and
approaches.
• Orienting towards constant process improvement and using
data and structured thinking to inform the approach.
• This position requires working closely with global and cross-
functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations,
Business and Marketing
Description
This position will work with internal Marketing leads and a cross-
functional team of marketing managers, engineers, product
owners, and business leads. Developing and launching projects,
features and programs for the ongoing evolution of the customer
services business and the associated customer experience.
Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the
team and by our partners to track and prioritize programs, feature
enhancements and status, down to the individual requirement
level.
Provide reporting on project, program and product status across
the various business and lifecycles. Build and manage the tools
vital for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and
prioritize a large portfolio of projects.
Key Qualifications
•8+ years of experience in project and process management
with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and
prioritization
•Excellent oral and written communication skills including the
ability to communicate with and present to partners at all
levels of the organization
•Demonstrated expertise working effectively and
autonomously across multiple teams in situations of
ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
•Passion for partnering with product, engineering, analytics,
and marketing teams to research and prioritize new features,
programs and capabilities.
•Ability to maintain positive relationship management abilities
and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
•Experience creating and managing project workflows and
timelines, leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack,
Asana, Wrike (or other project management tools).
•A stellar teammate and Project Manager who is able to
influence and drive decision making for the group as a
whole.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Need someone who has worked highly cross functional, someone who has worked on a software development project. Aware of software development lifecycles, they work in sprints, someone who is aware of how software development works, having engineering background, being able to understand the acumen, and how they can piece things together.
-This PM will work closely with upstream partners to make sure their internal tooling and platforms were up to date from an engineering point of view to support all the work and new features.
-Their role was to ensure that the internal teams can support this massive project and work through this lifecycle, end to end.
-The business team wanted to launch offers via push and the PM had to make sure growth marketing, engineering, UAT, Analytics were all the same page and engineering had a good grasp onbusiness requirements.
-Take the project from intake through outcomes
-They aren’t coders, they aren’t engineers. Work across all apps, could be working on arcade or wallet, know what conversations to have with the engineering team. Software dev knowledge.
Soft skills:
-really taking the top line and understanding what the stakeholders care about and able to be in sync and someone who is concise and manage several different projects.
-Manage at scale, what the stakeholder needs, what are blocking issues vs what are non blockers
-Around 6 projects that last 3-4 months, would have roughly 20 person project teams
