- Worksite Location: Irvine, California - 100% onsite
- Division: Property and Casualty Insurance
- Salary Range: $100,000-120,000
- Note: Must have experience using Asana project management software and Salesforce software
What you’ll do as the Marketing Project Manager:
- Lead the coordination and completion of multiple small to large projects
- Act as central point person for assigned projects and keep sponsors, stakeholders, business partners, and project team members informed on matters, including progress to plan, key milestones, integration efforts/needs across the program, and/or project, risks, issues, etc.
- Ensure project team members are clear on their assignments and remain focused on objectives line-of-sight
- Establish goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
- Create and manage project implementation plans
- Coordinate and create business and functional requirement documents required to achieve desired objectives
- Develop internal communication strategies useful in ensuring clear communication between various departments of the organization
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Provide leadership and direction for the project team through clear communications, mentoring, and coaching
- Prepare and lead project team status meetings, promoting a collaborative environment while recording meeting discussions, decisions, and actions
- Create project controls, such as action item lists, risk logs, issues logs, change control, and decision logs
- Manage vendor and contract submissions through the approval process
- Oversee email workflows, design, and updates; implement knowledge of email coding and best practices; measure the performance of all email marketing campaigns
What you’ll bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with and familiar using Asana software to manage projects
- Experience with and familiar using Salesforce software
- Targeting 3-5 years of experience managing Marketing Projects
- Experience with System and Data Delivery projects
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Strong project management or scrum master experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Agile, or other project management systems
- Excellent business requirements identification and articulation skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of information, and deliver reliable recommendations and/or present outcomes in a clear and concise manner
