WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The temporary Content Creation Project Manager is a member of the Marketing and Creative team that manages small and large photoshoot projects to ensure efficient and on budget assets are completed. The position coordinates cross-functional resources, establishes and manages project timelines and deliverables and ensures clarity of roles. This role encompasses project management, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight time frames and a strong voice in timeline development. This role will also be responsible for driving the Content Creation process from start to finish (working hand in hand with the Marketing and Creative leads).

  • Work with stakeholders to thoroughly define all aspects of a project’s functional requirements
  • Manage multiple Content Creation calendars across multiple brands
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating understanding the complexity of various requirements and follow-up with internal and third party resources
  • Create call sheets for studio and lifestyle shoots
  • Facilitate communication with models, agencies & photographers to schedule shoot dates
  • Negotiate rates with agents, talent, photographers, HMU
  • Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Identify areas where automation and/or tools can help drive time-savings and improve communications
  • Actively participate in technical, strategic and creative development process as needed
  • Initiate, track and process invoices and payments for shoots
  • Work with legal to get contracts done, signed and filed to database (photographers, HMU, models, etc)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant field required; in apparel industry preferred
  • Direct experience working with talent, agents, photographers
  • 3+ years of experience working with marketing and creative teams
  • Professional experience with industry standard project management tools
  • Experience with project estimating, scheduling/planning and tracking methods
  • Experience with business requirements gathering processes and use cases
  • Experience conducting effective project meetings with cross-functional group of employees to achieve goals
  • Ability to organize and document projects, budgets and schedules
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of basic calendaring and process improvement
  • This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $36.06/hr - $40.87/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
