Job Title : Technical Lead - OpenText Exstream Customer Communications
Location : Rancho Cordova - CA USA (Hybrid) - Onsite 3 days a week

The Role: Technical Lead - performing Individual tech lead role and also coordinating with offshore team
Essential Functions:
• Provide technical support for the production cycles jobs and troubleshoots issues.
• Develop relations with client IT teams and the outsourced service providers (Print Vendors)
• Manage off-shore, outsourced vendor to an SLA and execution of critical situations
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues
• Report promptly to management and business partners regarding critical outages until resolution
• Monitor and track the daily incidents and address those within agreed SLAs
• Arrange, assign, adjust and monitor shifts to have apt coverage
• Monitor the key alerts and provide detailed resolution details to the L3 teams
• Provide regular status reports to management on application status and other metrics.
• Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor degree in Computer Science or preferred equivalent experience
Required Experience :
• Overall 10 years of CCM experience with 4+ years in OpenText Exstream .
• Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance experience in a client server environment that demonstrates exceptional design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
• Ability to provide architectural and application design directions to implement forms in OpenText Exstream.
• Deep knowledge in developing and documenting forms design and specification with working experience on OpenText Exstream.
• Template design & development experience using OpenText Exstream.
• Experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications.
Desired Experience:
• Shell Script, Java, J2EE, SQL

• Expert facilitation skills
• Quick critical thinking skills to analyze a situation and organize and guide teams to solve problems

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95K-$125K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
