We are looking for a Principal orSenior Principal GUI Technical Software Lead, to work on a 3D mapping software development and maintenance. The ideal candidate has a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with the capacity to lead others and accomplish innovative approaches in developing complex software.

What you will be doing:
- Providing technical leadership and valuable experience to the team(s).
- Execute full software development life cycle - requirement capture, architecture, implementation, testing, and support.
- Implement, refine, and apply software development techniques to ensure that the delivered features meet software integration, performance, and maintainability expectations.
- Design, develop, and finalize functional and responsive applications by collaborating with other engineers in the Agile team.
- Participate in code reviews and software verification testing cycles.
- Maintain compliance with quality system procedures and all regulatory requirements.
What we need:
- Must be able to work onsite in a fast-paced "start-up" culture.
- 8+ years of recent hands-on experience with .NET skills in a production environment.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have 2+ years of technical lead experience with architecting solutions.
- Solid understanding and experience with Object Oriented design, patterns and methodologies and software development life-cycle (SDLC).
- Expert level programming skills in creating WPF applications using C#/XAML.
- 3+ years of experience with MVVM design patterns.
- Need to have working experience developing, integrating, and debugging software in multi-threaded/multi-tasking environments.
- Exposure to modern software development version control and project management tools - Git, Jira, ADO, etc.
- A good grasp of UML, static analyzers, and software unit‑testing.
Your valued expertise in:
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps build environment and setup.
- Knowledge of Windows configuration, deployment, and operation.
- Experience with regulated industry, preferably medical devices (IEC 62304).
- Able to demonstrate 3D graphics software development.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position located in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location, additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
