We are currently seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role entails implementing and supporting HCM Cloud Applications, encompassing conversion, integrations, and reports. As a key member of our team, you will architect, design, and present comprehensive solutions for integrations, including Middleware, while also leading and driving technical workshops.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Management: Take ownership of technical project planning, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and maintaining project plans.
  
• Data Conversion Leadership: Lead data conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Solution Recommendations: Recommend best practices for leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day-to-day business needs, while also considering scalability for future growth.
  
• Integration Support: Design and test integrations between HCM Cloud and third-party vendors, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity.
  
• Offshore Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with offshore development teams, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, conduct thorough analysis, and take appropriate action to remediate issues promptly, maintaining system integrity.
  
• Hands-On Development: Utilize hands-on development experience to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud inbound and outbound integrations using various tools such as BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
  
• Integration Automation: Develop end-to-end integration automation using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services, optimizing efficiency and performance.
  
• Customizations and Personalization: Apply expertise in customizations, personalization, approvals, and workflows across HCM modules as required.
  
• Reporting Expertise: Develop ad-hoc reports to address business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI, ensuring stakeholders have access to relevant insights.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of HCM.
• At least 10 years of experience in implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
• Ability to be present at client offices up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM technology, including hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies, including SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.
• Experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules.
• Ability to recommend and implement best practices for leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology effectively.
