Employment Type: Direct Support Professional (DSP – Home, Community, and Employment integration, CPS, Companion).

Compensation: Based on experience, salary plus bonus
Hours: up to 44 hours per week

About the position: Direct Support Professionals will work with adults with intellectual disabilities in the COMMUNITY and ADL opportunities through new and exciting experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely transports and accompany individuals on community experiences to cultural venues such as church
- Provides supports including but not limited to feeding, laundry, bathroom support and general personal support
- Maintains and documents progress notes and other supporting logs
- Assists and motivates program individuals to fully engage in new experiences and accomplish personal goals (person-centered)
- Attend Meet & Greets
- Train other DSPs
- Pick up shifts unexpectedly, when DSP calls out
- Sit in on hiring
